If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order (right of withdrawal) within 14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason.<\/p>\nThe 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the period starts when the last item arrives.<\/p>\n
To meet the deadline, you only need to send us your cancellation before the 14 days end.<\/p>\n
3. How to cancel<\/h2>\n
You can tell us you want to cancel in any of these ways:<\/p>\n

- Using the model form<\/strong> at the end of this page (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email without delay.<\/p>\n
4. Returning the items<\/h2>\n\n- Send the items back within 14 days<\/strong> of telling us you are cancelling.<\/li>\n
- Once we receive your cancellation, we will email you the return address and a return reference.<\/li>\n
- Return shipping costs:<\/strong> for change-of-mind cancellations, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Please pack items securely and use a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
5. Condition of returned items<\/h2>\n
You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check what it is, its features and how it works. If an item has been handled beyond that, for example used, damaged, or returned incomplete, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value this caused. We will tell you before applying any reduction.<\/p>\n
Please return items with all accessories, manuals and, where possible, the original packaging.<\/p>\n
6. Items that cannot be cancelled<\/h2>\n
