How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU, and 7–14 business days for international orders. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us via email or the form on this page with your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers (outside EU/UK) may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We mark all orders at full commercial value on customs forms as required by law.
How do I track my order?
